Declining my card while daughter is sending me money
I received a fraud alert, and my card got restricted. My daughter was trying to send me money like we always have done, but it is now declining my card. I called my bank, and they said I have to fix it on my end.

I don't recommend these people; they want you to pay ahead to unlock your Facebook account. You don't even know if they are real, or they may try to get hold of your credit card.

Unauthorized charge
None of the options were pertinent to my situation. No way to get to a live agent. Very disappointing.
I Never got to report the unauthorized charges. I never got to speak to a human. The robot didn't have the information I needed to speak to customer service.

I lost my phone last year, and I am not able to log into my Facebook account since the authentication app on the new phone is not able to receive the 6-digit code. I tried to log into my account with a code sent to my phone number; however, it still asked me to enter the code from the two-factor authentication.

Anyone who orders online from other than Amazon (not third party sellers, but listed as shipped and sold by Amazon) or online stores that have a brick and mortar presence (not their third party sellers) is taking a risk. They usually are the same people that demand names and record a fast-food $10 mishap but go online freely divulging their banking info no questions asked.
